UGM’s Judo Student Club once again delivered a commendable performance at the International Judo Championship – Tiang Bendera Open 2026, held in Yogyakarta on Sunday, June 14, 2026. The competition is an international-level event bringing together participants from various universities and educational institutions, aimed at fostering interest and talent in judo among students and young people, while also serving as a benchmark for athletes preparing to advance to higher-level competitions. Competition categories were divided by age and weight class to ensure fair and competitive matches for all participants. At this event, the UGM Judo contingent secured a total of four medals, comprising one silver and three bronze.
