Sub-Directorate of Student Organization and Activities has two sections, i.e. Student Organization and Facilities Section; and Student Activities Section. The main duties and functions of Sub-Directorate of Student Organization and Activities are as follows:
- Develop a work plan and annual budget;
- Draft implementation guidelines and technical guidelines in the field of organization and student activities;
- Administering the program and facilitate the activities of reasoning , interests and talents of students;
- Implementing and managing information systems of student activities;
- Implement licensing / recommendation for student activities;
- Carry out the selection of outstanding students for exemplary program;
- Conducting student graduation; and
- Manage and develop the student hall and student facilities owned by the University.
